Shipping & Delivery
90% of the orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri usually ship the same day. Otherwise it will be shipped the next business day. *Payment cleared/received on Friday will be shipped on the next business days (Monday or Tuesday)

Delivery Time for ground shipping: 5-7 business days (Varies by Destination). Shipping Carriers are responsible on the delivery time. If you have any questions or problems with delivery, please contact carrier directly. We are not responsible for carrier transit time. Tracking information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods or inclimate weather conditions, and that delivery times frames will need to be extended for any processing time frames in excess of 1-2 business days.

WellVisors ships with either UPS or USPS. However, the shipping company used to handle your order will vary by item, size, manufacturer or fulfillment center.

We ship to the Contiguous United States, and we also ship Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

As for other countries, we currently only ship to Canada.


Privacy & Security
We use encryption technology, such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL), to transmit information between you and us.

We do not share customers' information with any 3rd parties in any way without customer's approval.


Returns & Replacements
Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 14 days from delivery date. Items must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition.

In order to return an item, you must contact our customer service at 1-844-984-7677 to request an Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). RMA# must be clearly labled on the returning package. Also, we require a receipt or proof of purchase in your return. Items returned without an RMA# and proof of purchase are not eligible for refund or exchange.

WELLvisors comes with one year limited warranty (from original purchase date). Replacement will be provided in the case of manufacturer defect or hardware kit is missing from the package. No Returns/Exchanges will be accepted for international orders unless in the case of manufacturer defect or WellVisors error.


Missing Shipment
If the tracking status for your order says "DELIVERED" but you do not see the shipment, please do the following:

1. Check the detail of your order and make sure your shipping address is correct,

2. If your order was shipped to an apartment address, it probably was delivered to the management office, please check with them.

3. Check with your neighbor, it is possible that courier delivered the package next door.

4. Check your side door or under the bushes (for smaller packages) around your house.

then contact us ASAP so we can file a trace with the courier. The sooner you contact us, the higher the chance that the courier could locate the package. It usually takes about one week for the courier to find out the whereabout of the package.

If courier was unable to retrieve the package, we will reship the order.

Restocking Fee
All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box. There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products.

Once your return is received and inspected by our technician (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
